Tomorrow, on March 29, a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDCU) will be held chaired by President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, the press service of the NSDCU reports.
The participants of meeting will consider the issues on financial and economic situation and urgent measures to stabilize and develop enterprises of the Ukroboronprom state concern and the issues on organization of interaction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine while combating threats and liquidation of emergency situations.
The National Security and Defense Council will also consider the status of implementation of the NSDCU decision from May 25, 2012 "On providing the population with quality and affordable medicines," brought into force by presidential decree on August 30, 2012.
When considering these issues, the participants plan to make a decision on improvement of the public administration system of the military-industrial complex and on measures to ensure the national interests of Ukraine in military-technical cooperation with foreign countries.
