He noted that the meteorologists forecast rise in temperature to 12 degrees above zero with further increases to +17 ... +20 ° C for most of the country on April 1-5, what might endanger the life of a large part of the territory.

"In this regard, flooding are possible in Volyn, Lviv, Zakarpattia, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa and Kyiv regions and in Kyiv," Bolotskikh noted.
