"In this regard, flooding are possible in Volyn, Lviv, Zakarpattia, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa and Kyiv regions and in Kyiv," Bolotskikh noted.
