Mr. Mignon stressed that the Council of Europe, the Parliamentary Assembly and the Venice Commission are ready to provide assistance to Ukraine in the implementation of the constitutional reform, legislation reform to combat corruption, the reforms of prosecution and law enforcement system, judicial and electoral systems. "It is necessary to use the mechanisms of parliamentary diplomacy, to assist you in the implementation of reforms," he said.

PACE President also noted that this year is important for our country, given the OSCE chairmanship as well. "Ukraine has been playing an important role in the region and beyond, and we need your help in solving the frozen conflicts," he stated.

In turn, Rybak agreed with Mr. Mignon on the need to accelerate pace of reforms. "There are serious flaws in the legislation. However, we are working on the mistakes.
