Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov accepted the resignation of his first deputy Oleksandr Mazurchak and dismissed head of the administration's emergency situations department Vitaliy Pshenychny and head of municipally owned Kyivavtodor road corporation Heorhiy Hlinsky, the head of the Kyiv City State Administration said during the evening session of the board of KCSA.
