The humanitarian aid with food, medicines, and goods destined for orphanages and social institutions have been customs cleared, social policy minister Natalia Korolevska said, speaking in Parliament during the Hour of questions to the government, ForUm correspondent reports.
"There is no critical situation with the arrival of humanitarian aid in Ukraine. However, contraband flows of some dealers were shut off," the minister said.
She explained the humanitarian aid was used as a smuggling corridor, and this was stopped in early January.
"To date, all humanitarian aid, food and medicines for the public institutions, hospitals, orphanages and social institutions, was delivered to their recipients. Its total number is 254," Korolevska added.
