President Viktor Yanukovych has instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to develop an action plan regarding the education system for representatives of local authorities, he said during a meeting of the Council of Regions, ForUm correspondent reports.
For this purpose, the President advised to study the successful experience of the countries of Central Europe, which successfully conducted local self-government reforms.
In addition, the President instructed the heads of local authorities to hold explanatory work among the public on the main positions of local self-government reform.
