The earliest date, on which the Parliament can appoint election of Kyiv mayor and members of the Kyiv City Council, is June 16, MP from the UDAR Party faction Valery Karpuntsov told ForUm correspondent.
"We will insist on holding elections on June 2. If this date is blocked, then there will be another one," he said, and explained that the elections in Kyiv can be appointed on June 16, as the Parliament does not hold plenary sessions next week.
