The opposition is going to block the work of the Kyiv City Council on June 3, leader of the Fatherland faction Arseniy Yatseniuk told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"On June 3, the Kyiv City Council will be not competent. We will block it on this day. We demand the PR to announce the holding of elections according to the Constitution," he said.
In addition, according to the MP, the opposition is against the adoption of a resolution on appointment of the next elections of the Kyiv mayor and members of the Kyiv City Council in the first reading with the preparation for the second reading in committees.
