MPs from opposition factions refused to vote for appointment of local elections, thus blocking decisions on these issues, ForUm correspondent reports.
In particular, requiring to submit for consideration the decision on the next elections in Kyiv, the three opposition parliamentary factions stopped taking part in voting.
As a result, MPs twice failed to vote for setting a date for early elections of the mayor of Vasylkiv town, and two resolutions on the local elections.
Speaker decided to adjourn the sitting for 30 minutes, invited faction leaders to talk in his office.
