Chairman of the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada is not required to read out the list of unregistered deputies in the session hall, speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak said during a plenary session of Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
The opposition began to demand that Rybak announce the names of those, who are not registered today. Rybak responded that according to the regulations, he should only declare the names of those who are on vacation, on sick leave or on a business trip.
In turn, the leader of the Batkivshchyna parliamentary faction Arseniy Yatseniuk said that, according to the reached agreements, and in accordance with the requirements of the Parliament, the speaker is obliged to read out surnames of all the MPs missing.
