The issue of introduction of the financial police in Ukraine will be carefully examined, first vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I am not the author of this law. I saw it, worked on it, but I knew from the very beginning that it is not ready and it should be examined more carefully," Arbuzov said.
According to him, the government is looking for alternative ways to facilitate business.
"One of the ways is a search for relations among the government, tax service, fiscal authorities and business. We study the relevant European experience. The idea of such a department and its legal framework will be developed, but I can not say what decision will be made and when," he said, stressing that the bill has not been written recently.
