Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak has opened the evening sitting of the Parliament.
As ForUm correspondent reports, 351 MPs are registered in the session hall.
MP from the Party of Regions faction Nestor Shufrych asked to speak and said: "Please, block the card of Arseniy Yatseniuk, as he is absent in the hall".
