First vice PM Serhiy Arbuzov declares he sold all his personal active assets when was appointed the head of the National Bank of Ukraine. Commenting on the rumors about creation of Arbuzov's media holding and answering the question of a journalist of "Telecritics", the official said it was misinformation.
"When I started working in NBU I sold all my personal assets. The whole country is speculating about me buying and consolidating everything around. But these are mere speculations. These rumors exit because people like scandals," he told the press, ForUm correspondent reports.
Arbuzov also reminded that TV channel BTB is a property of NBU. "This channel was created when I was the governor of NBU. I worked on it and I headed it, but it is still the property of the National Bank," he pointed out.
