Verkhovna Rada has resumed morning plenary sitting after the break, announced because of fights among members from the Party of Regions and the Svoboda Union, ForUm correspondent reports.
Speaker Volodymyr Rybak entered the session hall and asked MPs from the Svoboda faction, who blocked the rostrum, to take their seats to allow their leader Oleh Tyahnybok to deliver speech.
Leader of the Svoboda faction made a speech, saying that the Cabinet holds secret meetings.
After him, leader of the Communist Party of Ukraine Petro Symonenko got the right to speak.
It is difficult to catch the content of his speech, as he speaks Russian, and Svoboda faction members are chanting "Ukrainian, Ukrainian", demanding to speak in the national language. However, Symonenko is firm.
