The Central Election Commission of Ukraine must implement the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court and register deputies instead of Andriy Veryovsky and Serhiy Vlasenko, who were deprived of parliamentary mandate, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

Answering the question of ForUm correspondent, can new MPs be registered before the European Court of Human Rights and the Supreme Administrative Court provide conclusions on the appropriate presentation of the opposition, Yefremov said: "The question is whether the CEC will implement the decisions of the court or not?"

He noted that the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court is final and cannot be appealed.

Yefremov also stressed that Supreme Administrative Court can only explain a norm of a certain law.
