Odesa oil refinery will resume its work on March 29, energy and coal industry minister of Ukraine Eduard Stavytsky told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to the minister, the "continental" scenario of the supply and possible delivery of oil by sea is now being finalized to fill the capacities of the refinery.

The official added that the Lisichansk refinery is being prepared for launch. "A hold-back was caused by a change of owner of the plant. Starting from April, the refinery is owned by the Rosneft corporation. We very much hope that the plant will start work till summer," Stavytsky said.
