Head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak considers that Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov decided that MPs should receive permission to attend the Cabinet’s meeting because of the lack of seats in the hall, he told a briefing after the conciliation board, ForUm correspondent reports.

"I think this issue is more in the political field. In terms of organization if there are no more than 10 seats there, and 100 people will go there, so they will just disrupt the government's work," Rybak said.
