In turn, Vitali Klitschko said that the Parliament should also "return self-government to the residents of Kyiv ", that is, to return powers to the Kyiv mayor, combining posts of Kyiv mayor and the head of the Kyiv City State Administration. In addition, according to Klitschko, the Kyiv residents should elect the mayor in two rounds.
