Rybak about early elections: It makes no sense to throw a billion to the winds

Verkhovna Rada chairman Volodymyr Rybak does not support the dissolution of Parliament and holding of early elections, he said during a meeting with the leadership of the Zaporizhya region.

"It makes no sense to dissolve the Parliament and to hold early elections, as I do not see the need to throw a billion hryvnia to the winds," he said.

According to the speaker, it would be better to spend these funds on social payments.

According to him, the position of opposition political forces to block the work of the Parliament is wrong, and it will not lead to the normalization of the situation in the country.

Rybak called on the parliamentarians to fulfil their campaign promises by legislative work.
