Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak does not consider the language issue important in the work of the Parliament. He said this during the meeting with workers of PJSC "Zaporizhia Ferroalloy Plant".

According to Rybak, the situation looks very unattractive when he speaks Russian at the Parliament’s sitting, and some MPs start screaming.

"Is Russian population a national minority? Are they flawed people in Ukraine?" speaker wondered.

Rybak noted that according to the legislation of Ukraine, he speaks Ukrainian in the Parliament, but "I speak Russian in daily life."
