The Central Election Commission is studying the decision of the Higher Administrative Court on early termination of parliamentary powers of MP Serhiy Vlasenko and MP Andriy Verevskiy, deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Andriy Mahera told journalists.

"Right now we're just studying the rulings," he said.

He stressed that the process of registration as new MPs of candidates for deputies on the lists of the All-Ukrainian Union Batkivshchyna and the Party of Regions instead of Vlasenko and Verevskiy has not begun yet.

Deputy chairman also noted that the CEC has the right begin to register new members, not being tied to the Parliament and to the fact whether the chairman of the meeting announces the termination of powers of Vlasenko and Verevskiy.
