During the meeting of the working group on finalizing the annual address to the Parliament, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych made a number of comments directed at identifying specific tasks to enhance economic development, implement new social initiatives, realize the potential of Ukraine's OSCE chairmanship, ForUm learned from the President’s press office.
"The President suggested focusing more on Ukraine’s adequate responses to the challenges of the modern world in a difficult period of global uncertainty, on preservation and acceleration of modernization reforms, achievement of their humanistic orientation," the head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine Serhiy Liovochkin said.
He noted that proposals of the President will be taken into account as soon as possible, and then the annual address of the President will be submitted to the Parliament.
