Yesterday, March 12, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Syria transferred citizen of Ukraine Anhar Kochneva to the Ukrainian Embassy in Damascus.
The health status of Kochneva is satisfactory, her life is not in danger.
Kochneva was given material assistance. She was also provided with means of communication to contact with her family. The Embassy of Ukraine in the Syrian Arab Republic now prepares her documents to return Anhar Kochneva to Ukraine.
In turn, Kochneva thanked for the activities conducted by Ukraine for her release, and announced her intentions to return home soon.
