MP from the Party of Regions faction, representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Yuriy Miroshnychenko stated that the President will address a message to the Parliament before the end of the current session.
"The President is preparing this document, his office is working. I think we will receive it before the end of this session," he told journalists in Kyiv on Thursday.
Miroshnychenko stressed that the address in the written form will be distributed to the parliamentarians, as "it is very large and contains all details about future tasks."
According to him, the President is ready to present the address in the Parliament.
"But will the Verkhovna Rada be ready for this?" Miroshnychenko asked.
The current session of the Verkhovna Rada has to end in July.
