Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak improves his Ukrainian language, he said, congratulating the parliamentary journalists on March 8, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I'm learning the Ukrainian language. I think that when the Parliament starts working, I will switch quickly to the state language," he said.
According to Rybak, he is working hard not to use Russian during the conversation.
