Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak believes that more women should be in the system of governance, he said, congratulating the parliamentary women journalists on March 8, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We need more women in the governance system. When I worked in Donetsk, I had 9 districts, nine chairmen of district executive committees - 6 men and 3 women. When I held Monday meeting, it turns out, that chairwomen had much better results of work, and I told man about that at every meeting. After all, if we agree that something needs to be done, the chairwomen do it, and the men begin to explain something," the speaker of Parliament says.
