Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak wants Ukraine not to be split into East and West. He said this, congratulating the parliamentary women journalists on March 8, ForUm correspondent reports.
"How to heal the wound "West-East"? You (journalists. - Ed.) should contribute to this. In 2004-2005, all was on the brink. There could be a civil war," he said, adding that any dispute should be resolved through negotiations.
