Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak hopes that the Parliamentary will start working on March 19, but at the same time he does not rule out that President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych will use his right to dissolve the Parliament, he said, congratulating the parliamentary journalists on March 8, ForUm correspondent reports.

Rybak said he had spoken with the head of state about the Parliament’s blocking.

"I do not rule out that the President of Ukraine may dissolve the Parliament. But I hope that this will not happen," the speaker said, adding that he discussed all possible ways to unblock the Parliament with the head of state.

"We will not use force to unblock the Parliament even if the blocking continues. We do not need it. I think that the opposition also understands this. The country does not need new elections," Rybak said.

The speaker also stressed that he completely rejects the Parliament’s unblocking using force, and he even will be ready to resign if necessary.
