It is impossible to withdraw the suit, filed in the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine, regarding withdrawal of parliamentary mandate from MP Serhiy Vlasenko, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
He confirmed that representatives of the Batkivshchyna faction, in particular MP Oleksandr Turchynov, again demanded to withdraw the suit at today's talks in the office of speaker Volodymyr Rybak.
"Turchynov demanded: "Withdraw the action". The speaker responded: "It is impossible to do as court is considering the case. Withdraw your initiative on dual job holders". There will no response to this request," Yefremov said.
"In my opinion, it is actor's performance. They seem to try to do something, but the impression is that they do not want to do anything," Yefremov summed up.
