MPs from the opposition factions have blocked the rostrum and presidium of the Parliament since the very morning, ForUm correspondent reports.
In particular, there are about two dozen representatives of the Batkivshchyna faction, headed by Oleksandr Turchynov near the presidium and the rostrum.
In addition, there are several dozen representatives of the Svoboda faction and the UDAR faction in the session hall.
MP from the Batkivshchyna faction Andriy Parubiy informed that deputies did not sleep in the session hall and have gathered in the Parliament about 9 a.m.
There are no members of the Party of Regions and the Communist Party in the hall yet.
