Opposition will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights if the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine deprives Serhiy Vlasenko of his parliamentary mandate, leader of the Batkivshchyna faction Arseniy Yatseniuk told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the opposition intends to go to court under the simplified procedure in order to restore parliamentary powers of Vlasenko as soon as possible.
The parliamentarian said that such precedents have already occurred. "We will fight for Vlasenko, in the European Court of Human Rights including," Yatseniuk assured.
