Militaries of all service branches to get higher salaries before year-end

The salaries of militaries of all service branches will be increased before the end of 2013, deputy defense minister Oleksandr Oliynyk told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

"In the near future the level of salaries of the army will be increased in all service branches," he said recalling that today the wages of contract soldiers in some military units amount to 5000-6200 UAH.
