
Politicians will be offered to take patronage over the capital parks, chairman of the KCSA Oleksandr Popov said during an extended meeting of the Kyiv City State Administration dedicated to the development of entities of green economy of the city, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Let's offer our political parties that are represented in the Parliament and will participate in the electoral process in the city to take patronage over gardens, parks and to take part in the municipal improvement," Popov suggested.
The Kyiv City State Administration chairman said that he was ashamed of such an example as the Vasyl Stus public garden.
"In 2010 the decision was taken to name a garden after Stus, and all who initiated it have done nothing till now. There is a question why there is nothing there," he said.
