Cooperation between Ukraine and the Customs Union in the 3 +1 format is unlikely to be held, Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov told reporters on Wednesday in Kyiv, ForUm correspondent reports.
"As of today, the formula of cooperation "3 +1" is considered to be impossible at the political level," he said.
At the same time, according to him, there are certain achievements in this direction. "There is a working group and commissions. This work is conducted on a regular basis," Zurabov said.
