Children with special needs should be provided with textbooks, prosthetic and orthopedic devices, as well as the means of communication and information sharing, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said during the extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
"These children should not be out of normal life," he stressed.
The President also instructed to provide children with visual disabilities with textbooks.
