Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has criticized the Cabinet of Ministers and the Health Ministry for the delay in holding of medical reform, particularly on development of normative legal acts and cooperation with the regions, he said during the extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
"A lot of things depend on the government, so I demand not to delay in order establishing of implementation of the relevant borrowings and to fulfill everything with the regions," he said, adding that the regional programs and strategies should be implemented simultaneously with the tasks of the national action plan.
The President demanded the government to provide the necessary amount of means in the changes to the 2013 budget for the fulfillment of delegated authority.
