Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych congratulated President of the Republic of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves on the occasion of the national holiday, the press service of the head of state reported.
According to the President, friendly relations between Ukraine and Estonia are fully strengthened on the basis of traditions of mutual respect, trust and support.
"I believe that an active and substantial political dialogue at the highest level will become a key to successful development of bilateral cooperation. In this regard, I want to invite you once again to pay an official visit to Ukraine in 2013, which will give a new impetus to our cooperation," the message reads.
Yanukovych wished the Estonian counterpart new achievements in his responsible state activities and prosperity and welfare to the friendly Estonian people.
