There will be no brawls in the Ukrainian Parliament, speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak told a briefing in the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We want our Parliament to become European and to finish fights that you (media. - Ed.) showed as feature films. I will do everything for it. I promise you," he assured.
Rybak stressed that he will strictly adhere to the Rules of the Verkhovna Rada and require all MPs to follow them.
