Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak believes that not deputies from the majority or the opposition but the media won the parliamentary conflicts and urges journalists to continue monitoring the personal vote of MPs, he told a briefing in the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the introduction of amendments to the Rules of Parliament is only the beginning.
"We have a serious work ahead," the head of Verkhovna Rada said and asked journalists to monitor closely the implementation of the Parliament’s Rules by every MP.
"There will be no system like someone votes in the session hall and someone controls. The media and civil society organizations will control this process," Rybak concluded.
