Leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov informed that his political force is developing changes to the Constitution of Ukraine concerning the decision making of the Verkhovna Rada not by 226 votes, but by the majority present in the session hall, he told a briefing in the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the vote at the session hall of the Parliament is expected to be held by the majority present in the hall. He stressed that this amount should not be less than 150 deputies.
He also said in the near future the PR will register a bill, which will determine the responsibility for blocking the rostrum of the Parliament.
