The Party of Regions did not make serious concessions to reach a compromise on unblocking the Parliament 's work, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

He said that the faction is satisfied with voting in the hall, "but believes that the last three weeks were wasted."

Yefremov explained that the rule on personal vote adopted today was included into the Rules.

He said that from now on all the MPs must come to the plenary sessions and vote by one of three buttons "for", "against" or "abstain."

Yefremov explained how MPs voting for someone else will be punished. "If a MP notices that someone votes for somebody else, then the deputy raises his hand, the Parliament 's speaker must give him a right to speak, and if it is confirmed that the MP is absent, the counting committee withdraws his card and gives it to the head of Parliament, and the vote on this draft is held for the second time. But I think this is a warning rule," he said.
