Parliament’s head Volodymyr Rybak read out a list of unregistered MPs immediately after the opening of the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation, ForUm correspondent reports.
When the speaker read out the names of unregistered MPs, this list included leader of the UDAR Party faction Vitali Klitschko, but he was in the hall at that moment.
The head of Verkhovna Rada also said that his deputy Ruslan Koshulynsky is on a business trip.
