The second session of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation has opened.
As ForUm correspondent reports, Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Rybak entered the session hall and took his place in presidium.
"I ask the MPs to prepare for registration. Switch on the Rada voting system," he said.
346 deputies were registered in the hall.
