This applies to personal voting and sanctions to those, who vote for someone else. We see a good trend, and we hope that it will not change," he said.
According to him, the opposition hopes that the leaders of all five fractions will sign a memorandum.
Head of the Svoboda faction Oleh Tyahnybok added that now this document is being analyzed by the legal department of the Verkhovna Rada.
