Committee on competitive bidding of the Health Ministry has decided to hold more than 80 state procurement procedures for more than 1.8 billion UAH, head of the department for monitoring state target programs and state procurement of the Health Ministry Halyna Dovhanchyn told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to her, this is 90% of the total amount of funds allocated for such purposes. "In 2013, the implementation of procurement procedure has begun in January, while it began in late March the year before and in May in 2011," she specified.
Dovhanchyn also noted that the formation of nomenclature for procurement-2013 started at the end of the last year.
