Opposition leaders are strongly against the proposal of majority on withdrawal of deputy mandates from MPs-absentees through court, leader of the Batkivshchyna faction Arseniy Yatseniuk told a press briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The Party of Regions proposes that the Higher Court of Appeal of Ukraine should withdraw mandates from MPs, who do not attend three Parliament’s sitting," he said and assumed that the court may take such decision without a relevant bill.
