During the plenary session, the Kyiv City Council will consider the issue on transfer of the territorial community of Kyiv Hostyny Dvir (arched two-story building on Kontraktova Square in Kyiv) to the communal property, secretary of the Kyiv City Council Halyna Hereha said before a session, ForUm correspondent reports.
Other draft decisions regarding Hostyny Dvir will be not considered today, because they did not pass the appropriate procedure. At the same time, she added, if all procedures are completed before the next plenary meeting, the drafts will be included in the agenda of the next session."
It should be noted that 15 representatives from the public and four representatives from the deputy groups and factions will present for the first time at the plenary session of the KCSA.
