The leaders of parliamentary factions have gathered in the office of speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak, deputy head of the UDAR Party faction Vitaliy Kovalchuk said on the Parliament’s sidelines, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Negotiations are ongoing," he said, adding that only leaders of the parliamentary factions have gathered for talks.
