More than 200 people are protesting near the building of Kyiv City State Administration, where the next plenary session will take place, ForUm correspondent reports.
The protesters include citizens, representatives of the public organizations and one of the opposition parties.
The rally participants are stand for timely holding of the election of the Kyiv mayor and changes to the law on local self-government and demand to form a public council at the KCSA, which would consider the incident of the detention of activists during the protection of Hostyny Dvir.
