The signing of an Association Agreement will become the main message at the Ukraine-EU summit on February 25 in Brussels, head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Ian Tombinsky told journalists.
He noted that several requirements should be fulfilled before this signing.
"These requirements were mentioned in the documents of the European Union, as well as during the visit of Commissioner Štefan Füle 10 days ago," Tombinsky said.
Answering a question whether the European Union expects that President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych will come to the summit with some results, Tombinsky said: "This is a question to the Ukrainian President. He knows what the EU expects from Ukraine and what is necessary for signing the Association Agreement."
